How should I pack and send my cards?
Please agree the submission first. Pack items securely using suitable protective materials and choose a tracked service with appropriate cover. We take care of submissions once received, but cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost, delayed or damaged in transit.
How will I be paid?
If you accept our valuation, we will check the items after receiving your submission. Once the condition and authenticity are confirmed and the final offer is agreed, we'll arrange payment by bank transfer.
Do I have to accept the offer?
No. Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to selling. We'll explain the offer and next steps before you decide.
